JSC „Port of Bar“

The Port of Bar is a joint stock company whose main activity is handling and storage of goods. It was established in 1906.

It is located at the very entrance of the Adriatic Sea, more precisely at the latitude 42˚05’ N and 19˚05’ E.

It is integrated via railroad Beograd-Bar and road traffic network and it represents a significant link in the chain of intermodal transport.

Since March 2000 the Free zone of the Port of Bar comprises the whole area of the port, and the JSC “Port of Bar” also has the authority to operate the Free zone of the “Port of Adria” AD Bar.

JSC “Port of Bar” performs the following operations: loading/unloading and stowage of cargo; reception, storage and outfitting of Ro-Ro cargo units, loading/unloading vehicles or parts thereof; cold storage of 4.500 t capacity; closed storages – stuffing and emptying containers with consumer goods, lead and zinc concentrate; loading/unloading base oils, grain, dry bulk cargo…

AD „Port of Adria“ Bar

Port of Adria is a multipurpose port with the quay length of 1,440 m with dedicated terminals for container ships, general cargo ships, RO-RO and cruise ships.

The port covers the total area of 518.790 m2 with 9 berths and annual handling capacity of 750,000 TEU and 6.0 million tons of general cargoes.

Global Ports Holding (GPH) acquired operating rights of the “Port of Adria” through privatization in 2013. GPH owns 62, 09% shares in the “Port of Adria” Bar.

The area of ‘Port of Adria” is within the Free Zone of the port of Bar.

“Port of Adria” Bar performs the following operations: storage of goods, loading/unloading different cargo, stuffing and emptying containers, complete service of containers (cleaning, washing and repair); packaging, repackaging, and weighing cargo; providing ships with electricity, fresh water and telephone lines. It also offers the service of keeping refrigerated containers at the pier.

AD „Marina Bar“

The surface area covered by the Marina Bar together with seawater space extends to 148.000 m2. The capacity of the Marina is 660 sea docks and 250 land docks for winter shelter, and the length of the operational quay is 3.700 m., petrol station, service hangar, and parking space. It is located in the city, thus the guests of the marina Bar are within a short distance from the historic center and town shopping area.

„Port of Kotor“ AD

“Port of Kotor” AD is a company registered to perform services in the international passenger traffic. The majority stakeholder of capital stock in the Port of Kotor are the Municipality of Kotor with 56, 97% shares, The Pension and Disability Insurance Fund with 17,50% shares and The Employment Agency of Montenegro with 5,87% shares.

Sea depth along the coast is from 3-12,8 m. land part of the operational area of the Port of Kotor is 4000 m2, from the monument – lighthouse to the Harbour Master’s Office building. The port is open to traffic 365 days, 24 hours a day.

Porto Montenegro Marina

Porto Montenegro Marina is located in the Bay of Kotor, designed to accommodate a wide range of vessels, from superyachts tosmaller boats, with a total of 482 berths. These berths range from 12 to 250 meters in length, with dedicated space for both sub-30m vessels (359 berths)and larger yachts exceeding 30m (123 berths). The marina provides a robust setof technical services for yachts, including duty-free fueling, 24-hour YachtAssist, and an advanced refit and repair facility equipped to handle superyacht specifications.
